1998 U. S. My Little Ponies
Magic Motion Friends
Moonshadow is dark pink with red hair with a pink
streak. Her symbol is a pink crescent moon and stars. She comes with
a orange fence with a
rainbow and crescent moon on it. She also comes with
a bracelet and necklace shaped like purple roses and when you push in her tail and she lowers her
head and can comb them up. Moonshadow came with a pink dresser which has a
several objects attached to it. Her comb is a purple rose.
Satin Splash is yellow with pink and a red splash of water. She's wearing
blue flower earrings and a ring.
She comes with a waterfall that hides her accessories. Above the waterfall is a rainbow with a
purple fish. She also came with a blue flower hair comb. When her head is turned
her leg lifts.

Sweet Berry is purple with a pink hair with a dark pink streak. Her symbol
is
berries. She comes with a blue table with a teapot, two cups, a tray of cupcakes,
and a rainbow with a yellow bird eating a strawberry. Sweet Berry's back legs
are bendable and she came with a yellow flower comb.
Tipsy Tulip is peach with light pink hair and an aqua streak. Her symbol is
purple tulips. She comes with a blue sink and cabinet with a mirror. She
also comes with two large purple butterfly barrettes with a piece of red hair attached.
Her fence is purple and rainbow with two blue birds on it. Tipsy Tulip can turn her head
when you turn her tail, and has an aqua tulip comb.
McDonald's My Little Ponies
Sundance, Lightheart, and Ivy were sold in McDonald's along with the
new transformers. They had comb able hair and molded tails.
The picture above is the actual insert shown in
McDonalds. In 1984, the McDonald's MLP clips were also sold opposite
of the first generation of transformers. A two sets of McDonalds ponies were
also released Internationally. The 1998
International set is similar to this set; the 1999
set came with different ponies and accessories.

Light Heart (earth pony) is white with molded
orange, pink, and purple hair and a rainbow colored tail. She has a pink
and orange hearts symbol.
Sun Sparkle (earth pony) is pink with blue hair and a molded lavender
tail and an orange sun symbol. She is called Sun Sparkle Internationally.
Ivy (earth pony) is aqua with purple hair and a pink molded tail and a
purple ivy symbol. The International version stands flat.
My Pretty Parlor with Ivy
Ivy (this version differs from the original) is aqua with pink hair
with a purple streak and a purple tail. Her symbol is pink and purple ivy. 
Her
ivy varies from many of the other versions of Ivy, being that it has pink
centers and is outlined in purple.
My Pretty Parlor is a dark purple rectangular stable that opens to reveal
the parlor. It has a yellow door and resembles the original pretty parlor
of yesteryear.
Accessories include: deep minty green table with a joining pink mushroom dryer,
two bows (pink and lavender), two yellow bottles (with pink sticker decal
labels), small purple butterfly, yellow scissors, and three small flower
barrettes (two yellow with pink centers; one purple with pink center). It came
with a yellow butterfly comb and a magic brush. The magic brush is an odd
pink and yellow oval shaped brush with a purple flower on top.
This

Pony Magic Playset: Wedding Chapel
with Dainty Dove
Dainty Dove is white with yellow, pink, and
purple hair and the doves that carry wedding bells. She comes with a veil, engagement
ring, and a
bouquet. Her hind legs are bendable, and she also comes with a while dove comb.
The Wedding Chapel is a white chapel covered in red roses
and bouquets of flowers. It has a mirror centered in the back, detachable
doves on a purple ribbon, and a rainbow button that allows the front of the chapel
to extend by a rainbow ribbon.

Secret Surprise Friends
Cupcake is pale purple with red hair and a pink streak with has a pink
present as her symbol. She comes with a cake attached to her side that becomes a
three tier cake. The cake is detachable. Her comb is green and shaped like a flower.
Secret Tale is white with purple hair and a red streak. Her symbol is a
large
red heart with hearts around it and a bear and ice cream when viewed
through the secret decoder. She comes with a secret decoder, an object
resembling a magnifying glass, with a red lens. It reveals secret pictures. Secret Tale also comes with four stickers that have secrets hidden
in them. She comes with a orange berries comb.
Sugar Belle is blue with pink hair and a dark pink purse as her symbol.
She comes with a yellow heart-shaped purse that has a bouquet of flowers
inside. Her comb is green with roses.
Wingsong is purple with dark pink hair and a blue birdhouse. She comes
with an aqua bird bath with two blue birds.
She also has a pink & yellow flower necklace. Her comb is a pink flower.
Berry Bright, Clever Clover, Morning Glory, Petal Blossom, and Sky Skimmer returned
from 1997.
Sunny Garden Friends
Basket Surprise comes with Sweet Berry and Ivy.
They are the same colors as the originals and they have the same symbols, but
the symbols are surrounded by a green leaf. They come with a basket with a
purple butterfly that reveals a bouquet of flowers when you press down on the handle.
Sweet Berry and Ivy also come with pink flower barrettes and a red comb.
Special Birthday Magic comes with Light Heart and Sundance.
They are the same colors as the originals and have the same symbols, but the
symbols are surrounded by balloons. They come with party hats and little birthday
cards and a cake with a candle. They have white barrettes shaped like party hats
and a pink balloon comb.
